On September 8th, Intelligence2 hosts the ‘Cycling Festival’, pulling together professional cyclists and cycling enthusiasts for an evening of cultural, sporting and personal musings on the bike. Following our tradition of listomania, here’s a round-up of our favourite bicycle related content on the web at the moment:
1. The Guardian Bike Blog - From features on the struggle of the daily commuter, to how to stop your bike from rusting, this blog provides commentary and humour from some of the best journalists around, with everything you need to know about cycling.
2. Cyclists in the City - Cyclists in the City gets to the heart of the matter of what it means to be cyclist in London, addressing the issues that matter most to environmentally-conscious two-wheelers.
3. Commute by Bike - Niel Dummage’s blog ‘on all things cycling and how to avoid gridlock’ does not disappoint.
4. Tour de France in pictures - For all those who find the Tour de France a foreign language, Neil Steven’s illustrations, representing the 22-day feat in separate printed posters, offer a beautiful translation.
5. Cycling Weekly - For all the news and views on what’s happening in the cycling world at the moment.
6. London Cycle Routes - Want to start cycling, but not sure where to start? Plan your cycling route here.
